When you will hear back
- On a paid plan, within two working days.
- On the free plan, as soon as we can, which is usually about the same.
- Security and accessibility problems go to the front of the line.
- A request for your own data, within 30 days.
Two things worth knowing
Save a page to an account while you still have the linkYour private link is stored only as a fingerprint, which is why somebody who stole our whole database still couldn't open your page — and why we have nothing to look up if you mislay it. Saving a page to a free account gives you a second way in, and takes a moment.
A deletion can be undone for 7 daysChange your mind inside that window and we'll put it back. After it, the thing is properly gone rather than archived out of sight, which is what makes the rest of the privacy page true.

Privacy is the responsibility of our Privacy Officer, at privacy@whenabouts.me. Ask there who holds the role and we will tell you their name.
