Buying for a school or an organization?
Site — US$299 a year. Everything in Group, up to 25 people sharing the organizing, and an invoice you can put through a purchase order.
The accessibility report, the data-processing addendum and the security summary are public on every plan, including the free one. You don't have to buy anything to read them, or to send them to whoever is asking.

* These two need a free account to set up, because both have to outlast the thing you first made them for. Everything else works without signing in: making something, responding to one, and responding to a series included.
The awkward questions
- Is the free plan a trial?
- No. There's no trial to forget to cancel, because the free plan doesn't end. It's what most people will use forever.
- What happens if I stop paying?
- Nothing is deleted. The credit comes back on your pages, the limits go back to the free ones, and we write to you before anything is removed.
- Can I have my money back?
- Within 30 days, in full, without an argument. After that, write to us and we'll be reasonable.
- Is there a discount for schools and charities?
- Half off, for schools, churches and registered charities. Write to us and we'll set it up.
- Who takes the payment?
- Paddle, as the seller of record. They handle the card and the sales tax, and we never see a card number. The price you see includes tax.
