What helps

  • Book the restaurant once you've locked in a time. The best times show how many are coming.
  • If you'd like to host, only offer the evenings you're home.
  • Set a closing date a couple of days out, so people answer before the thread moves on.
  • If one person can't make anything, “Without” shows the best evening as if they weren't coming.

Something to send with the link

Questions people ask

Do friends need an account?
No. They mark their evenings, type a name and press “Save my times”. An email is optional and brings the final time to their calendar.
What happens when I lock in a time?
The poll closes, the time goes at the top of the page, and everyone who left an email gets it with a calendar file.
Can I see who can't make each evening?
Yes. Every best time names whoever can't make it.
