Tabletop game session scheduling poll

The evening the whole table can make.

A scheduling poll for a tabletop game session, like D&D or Pathfinder: everyone marks the evenings they're free, and the night the whole table can make wins. No more cancelled sessions because one player couldn't come.

How to set it up

  1. Pick the eveningsIt starts with the next seven days, 5:00 to 11:00 pm in hours. Add more days if the table is hard to pin down.
  2. Send it to the tablePaste the link in the group chat or your server. Nobody needs an account.
  3. Find the night“Only times everyone can make” shows the evenings the whole table is free. A session needs everyone.
  4. Lock it inPick it on your private link, and every player who left an email gets it in their calendar.

What helps

  • Look for four hours in a row with everyone free. Shorter than that and the session feels rushed.
  • Make sure the game master fills it in first. No GM, no game.
  • If one player can't make anything, “Without” shows the best night without them, so you can decide whether to play on.
  • For a weekly campaign, a days-of-the-week poll finds a regular night instead. Switch “Which days” before you share it.

Questions people ask

Can I find a regular night for a campaign?
Yes. Switch “Which days” to “Days of the week” before you share it, and players answer “Sundays at 6:00” instead of one particular Sunday.
What if one player can never make it?
“Without” works the best times out again as if they weren't coming.
Do players need an account?
No. They mark their evenings, type a name and save.
