A mock interview sign-up sheet with half-hour times across an evening that people book for themselves, one each, for career services, mentors or a club. Put up the half-hours you can give, and close it once you've done enough.

How to set it up
- Set your eveningThe times run 5:00 to 7:00 pm in half-hours. Change the day and how many you can give.
- Say wherePut the room, or a video call's address as plain text, in “Where”.
- Share the linkSend it to the people you're helping. “One sign-up each” is on, so everyone gets a turn.
- PrepareYour private link shows each booking and what role they're preparing for.
What helps
- Thirty minutes is twenty for the interview and ten for feedback.
- Ask people to say the role and the company in the note, so the questions are realistic.
- Hide names if people would rather not show they're job hunting.
- Close the sheet once you're full, or when the evening's gone.

Questions people ask
- Can someone book two sessions?
- Not while “One sign-up each” is on. Turn it off if you have time to spare.
- Can I hide who's booked?
- Yes. Turn on “Hide other people's names”, and people see only which times are taken.
- Will people get a reminder?
- Everyone who leaves an email gets a confirmation with a calendar file for their time.
