Spirit week RSVP
A head count for the night that wraps the week up.
A spirit week RSVP for whatever wraps the week up, like a family night, a pep rally or a games evening, with how many each family is bringing. Families answer from their phone, and can change their answer if their week changes.

- Find your helpersThe answers to “Could you help set up or clean up?” are in the spreadsheet on your private link, ready to email.
What helps
- Spirit week day ideas that work in most schools: pajama day, crazy hair day, jersey day, twin day, and school colours day to finish.
- Put the week's themes in the description, so families see them on the same page they answer.
- Set “Stop taking responses after” for the day you need numbers for food or chairs.
- Everyone who says yes or maybe and leaves an email gets a reminder the day before, on its own.
Something to send with the link

Questions people ask
- Can families bring siblings?
- Yes. This template lets each answer bring up to four guests, and the head count includes them. Change “Guests each”, or set “Total room for” if space is tight.
- Who sees the answers to my question?
- Only you and anybody helping you run the page. The answers aren't shown on the page; they're in the spreadsheet you can download from your private link.
- Will families get a reminder?
- Yes, about a day before, to everyone who said yes or maybe and left an email. To switch it off, check “Don't send a reminder the day before”.
