Cabin weekend scheduling poll
Find the weekend everyone can do.
A scheduling poll for a cabin weekend: put in the weekends you're thinking of, and everyone marks the mornings, afternoons and evenings they could be there. The weekend with the most people across all of it is plain to see.

How to set it up
- Pick the weekendsChoose the Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays you're considering on the calendar, up to 31 days. Each day is three blocks: morning, afternoon and evening.
- Send the linkText it to the group. Nobody needs an account.
- Read across the weekendBest times are within a day, so look for a Friday, Saturday and Sunday in a row near the top.
- Lock it inLock in the Saturday on your private link, and everyone who left an email gets it with a calendar file. Say the rest of the weekend in the same message.
What helps
- Four-hour blocks are enough for a weekend. Nobody needs to say they're free at 2:30 on a Saturday.
- Ask people who'd arrive late on Friday to mark the evening only.
- Check the cabin's free weekends first, and only offer those.
- Set a closing date, so you can book before the cabin goes.

Questions people ask
- Can I offer only weekends?
- Yes. With JavaScript on, pick the days on the calendar. Without it, the form makes a run of days in a row, so start on a Friday and pick three.
- Why three blocks a day?
- Because for a weekend away, morning, afternoon and evening is all you need to know. It keeps the poll quick on a phone.
- Can it find a whole weekend?
- It ranks days, not weekends. A Friday, Saturday and Sunday in a row near the top is your weekend.
