How to set it up

  1. Set the sessionThe times run 10:00 to noon in fifteen minutes, one household each. Change the day, the hours, or make them twenty minutes for bigger families.
  2. Say wherePut the park or studio in “Where”, so it's in every calendar file.
  3. Send the linkShare it with the families. “One sign-up each” is on, so each household books one time.
  4. Send the orderDownload the spreadsheet from your private link and send it to the photographer.

What helps

  • Morning and late-afternoon light are kindest outdoors. Plan around the sun if you can.
  • Ask families to say in the note how many are in the photo, so the photographer can plan.
  • Leave a time free at the end for anyone running late.
  • For a reunion, add one longer time at the end for the whole-family photo.

Something to send with the link

Copy it into a text, an email or the group chat, change what you like, and paste your link at the end.

What if a family can't make their time?
They change it from the link in their confirmation email, and their old time opens up.
