How to set it up
- Set the weekIt starts with the next seven days, 9:00 to 6:00 in half-hours. Take the weekend off by starting on a Monday with five days.

- Find the hourLook for two half-hours in a row with everyone free. “Only times everyone can make” greys out the rest.

What helps
- Hold the retro at the same point in every sprint and you won't need this every time. Use it when the team changes.
- Thirty-minute blocks find an hour as two in a row with the same people free.
- Set a closing date a day before the earliest time, so you can lock it in and send it.
- If one person can't make anything, “Without” shows the best time as if they weren't coming, so you can decide whether to wait for them.
