What Site includes
Everything in Group: no limit on lists of people, repeating things or shift schedules, your own link endings, colour and logo, PINs, reminders, webhooks and the rest of what's listed on What's on each plan. What's different is the number of people and how it's paid:
- Up to 25 people organizing: the account the plan is on, and 24 more it adds to help (Group has room for 4 more).
- US$299 a year, by invoice. Schools, churches and registered charities pay half, US$150 a year, once we've seen something showing it.
- Replies from us within two working days, the same as every paid plan.
Asking for it
Fill in the Site plan form. You don't need an account to send it. It asks for:
- the organization's name, your name and your email;
- roughly how many people will share the organizing;
- whether you're a school, church or registered charity;
- if you know them, where invoices should go, a purchase order number and the billing address;
- anything else, like a start date or a vendor form that needs filling in.
Leave the billing details blank if you don't have them yet; we ask when we send the quote.
What happens next
- A person replies within two working days.
- You get a quote with the price, any tax and the terms: the document a finance office needs to raise a purchase order.
- We send the invoice. Nothing is charged until it's paid.
- Once it's paid, the plan switches on for the account, and everything already made on it moves onto Site.
Making sure it reaches the right account
The plan finds its account by email address. Put the address that account signs in with in "Your email" on the form, even if the invoice goes to somebody else, or say in the notes which address the plan is for. If nobody has an account yet, make one with that address before the invoice is paid.
An account can only have one plan running. If it already pays for Pro or Group by card, say so in the notes, so we can arrange the switch with you.
Once it's on, add the people who'll help under "People who can help" on the account page, as described in Your account.
Renewing, and if an invoice isn't paid
The plan runs for a year, and each year there's a new invoice. If a renewal invoice isn't paid, it's treated like a card payment that fails: paid features carry on for up to 7 days after the year ends, then the account goes back to Free, with the changes listed in When a plan ends. Nothing anybody has answered is deleted, and paying again brings back the paid features.
To end Site, or to change anything about it, write to us. There's nothing to cancel in Plans and billing, because we close an invoiced plan by hand. That goes for deleting the account too: we close the plan and delete the account together.
For whoever is reviewing it
Three documents are public, on every plan, so you can send them on without asking us:
- The accessibility report: how it measures up against WCAG 2.1 AA, what's checked on every change, and how to raise a problem.
- The data-processing addendum: what's processed, which companies help us process it, what we promise, and where data goes.
- The security summary: how it's built, who can get in, what's held, how incidents are handled, and what to ask us about certifications and single sign-on.
The privacy page and How long things are kept cover what's kept and for how long. If a review needs something these don't answer, put it in the notes on the form, or write to us.
Didn't find what you were after? The rest of the help pages might have it, or write to us and somebody will answer.
