What helps

For forty or fifty people, four mains, four sides and three salads is a good start, since most potluck dishes feed eight to ten.
The clean-up row fills last. Thank the people on it by name.
If someone in the congregation has a serious allergy, say so in the description, so people can cook around it.
Families who can't cook can still sign up for drinks, plates, or a job.
