How to set it up

  2. Add the detailsPut where the stand is, what volunteers do, and whether they handle cash in the description.

  4. Staff the rushBetween games is busiest. Raise the count on those shifts before you make it.

What helps

  • The first shift opens up and the last one cleans and counts the cash. Say so in the description, so nobody is surprised.
  • A float of small change and a card reader, if you have one, keep the line moving.
  • Post the prices where volunteers can see them. It saves a question every few minutes.
  • Next season, start from this template again: the shifts are dated, so a copy would repeat this season's.
