Who's driving to which away game.

How to set it up

Put in the away gamesIt starts with four Saturdays, leaving at 8:30 am and back at 1:00 pm, three drivers each. Change each row to your away games, and take off any home games.
Say where you meetPut the meeting spot and the time to be there in the description. Keep home addresses off the page.
Send the linkShare it in the team chat. Drivers don't need an account, and each one who leaves an email gets the game in their calendar.

What helps

Ask drivers to put how many seats they have, booster seats included, in the note. Notes are only shown to you.
Three drivers for a team of twelve is a good rule of thumb, with a fourth for the long trips.
Players' names stay off the page. Work out who rides with whom in the team chat, or in person on the day.
Drivers can cancel from their own link if something comes up, and the place opens for somebody else.
